Chico's R/C Speedway Third Annual Firecracker Special July 7th,2007

This Saturday July 7th, we will be holding our third annual Firecracker Special at Chico's R/C Speedway. We will be doing things a little different this year for events. Heres what we have scheduled, Big Block EDM 19 turn will be running Twin 50 Lap A-Mains. Pro Trucks will be running a 50 Lap A-Main. All heat races and additional mains will be regular 4 minute races. Starting time will be 6:30pm with sign up ending at 6:15. Entry fee will remain at the normal $12 for first class and $6 for each additional class.

I'm interested in coming to your track, I have an old CW Dominator I would like to get dirty some day. How do I get there from Oroville and do you have a website?

we don't currently have a class for a 4wd car such as a dominator at our track. we are located on the Canadian border in LaFargeville,NY. shoot me an e-mail and I can get you directions via mapquest. we don't currently have a website on-line.

what is the weather forecast for tomorrow??

right now they are calling for a 40% chance of rain tomorrow afternoon. We will play it by ear and see what happens. Last weekend we had a two hour rain delay, Once it stopped we uncovered the track and ran on about the tackiest clay we've seen thus far. Was fun, but made for kinda a late night for some of the travelers. I'll post on here in the afternoon what is happening here for weather and what we are doing.

right now as of 10am, it's just partly cloudy out. Not really that bad, they are still calling for a 40% chance of showers later though. I don't see anything on the doppler just yet, but sometimes rain will just pop up coming off the end of Lake Ontario. I will not be back online until sometime this afternoon.
