WOW!!! WHAT A DAY!
this had to be some of the best racing all year long!
JPH RACING PRO 19 TURN CLASS:
tom pedano tom pedano tom pedano! this guy lives and breathes hobby world!
tom set TQ and took home the win with a flawless victory,tom was being chased down by troy meredith and dave puliafico and could not afford a mistake.great run tom!
NOVAK 10.5 CLASS:
this was our largest class and it was the toughest to win as well.
taking TQ was mr. brushless billy bruce ...from the horn billy jumped out to about a 10 car length lead and held that margin until about the 2 minute mark when he touched the turn 4 wall and gave the lead to tompedano who never looked back to take the win from billy! tom pedano wins with billy bruce in second and jerry parrott in third.
DARKSIDE MOTORSPORTS 12TH SCALE 19 TURN:
12th scale oval in florida has been dominated by one man for years..mike bean....but bean has shown a weakness in his armor the past couple months and people have started to take advantage of it!
taking TQ honors was mike bean but he was with some fast company. russ smith and john maher were not far behind. from the horn bean took off and had a nice lead and was looking good until the 3:30 mark when he had a motor let go..that opened the door for john maher and russ to battle it out for the lead. john took home the win with russ smith in tow for second and neel dees with a great weekend finishing up in third.
RC 4 LESS STOCK:
we had a nice showing of stock racers at hobby world and the racing was intense!
taking TQ honors was local hot shoe tom marlowe.
from the horn it was toms race to lose and he would have none of that! tom took home the win followed by team south rick(what ride height) curtis and finishing in third was jordan cumbest.
PRO MATCH NOVICE:
every racer in this class was new to the series and looked like they had alot fun.taking TQ was kevin delk . at the horn kevin checked out and didn't look back taking the win followed by john carroll and amy phillips.
BSR SPORTSMAN 19TURN:
the group of guys who run the sportsman class were MIA so we had a weak turnout.dewayne yeomans took TQ and had to leave early followed by mike dispenza. mike took home the win by default and got to race with the pro boys in the B main.
PROMOTERS CLASS WAS NOVAK 13.5
NO IF'S ANDS OR BUTTS!!
david butts took a borrowed car(mine) and borrowed battery packs(power push) and set TQ a new track record and the win! dave was followed by tim and steve short. 13.5 was awesome! 37 laps is fassst for this class.
