No problem there Scott , anything to keep us all going . I don't know about that using Reese and Dodie as gofers though , I think I told ya before Tony once that young man gets the hang of it we'll all have somebody to contend with , and I think with that recent win at Shaffer's he's come into his own and has given us a notice . Oh by the way Scott , don't go out and buy any front tires for the sprinter , between Fred and I , we can probably fix ya up . In fact I know I have a couple extra right fronts . For rear tires we use the normal sizes you would use on the GN or Sportsman cars . By the way , after the race at Ingalls yesterday ( Tri - State #1 ) Fred , Mike Stuchl and I packed up and headed for Eldora for the last leg of All Star Ohio Speed Week . What a show ! Ed Lynch won . Talk with ya later ,
Randy

Scott: If you tell us what ya need to get there we will do our best to make sure you have it. Parts, tires, friendship, knowledge no problem. just email me or Randy or Mike and we can come up with a plan.
We ran at Ingals saturday and it was a blast. Car was hooked up and fast (thanks to some friends that need not be mentioned). Anyway racing sprinters on paved surfaces is the most fun you can have with your clothes on. Trust me.  :dude:

Is anyone capable of running the same gear at both Easley and Clover?

jeffdavis38
07-10-2007, 12:03 AM
looks like we are going to have a good crowd. Yes you can run the same gear at both tracks.Every body runs different combos from 15-77 to 17-82 I like the 16-79 the best so far. The track lap times are low right now at 8.1 each week. Maybe from the hot weather. normally around 7.9's but we will see in a few weeks what everyone can do with the track. I hope it is a little cooler maybe in the 70's to 80's. See all of you there.

Echeconnee
07-10-2007, 06:41 AM
70's and 80's, lol now that's Christmas in July! With the amount of racers attending, there will be plenty of rubber on the track maybe that will help the lap times a bit.

Talk with mike and randy to day at the track. There will be a camping fee of $5.00 per night or $10.00 per night with power hookup . This will be paid at sign-up. The fishing lake will be open also so bring your poles. It is $25.00 to fish with three $5.00 pots for largest fish.

Hi Jeff,

Could you define your fees a little more?

You have no RV plugs so is the $5 fee to plug in your extension cord during the day or just overnight?

What defines camping? If you pitch a tent is that $5? What if you sleep in your truck or trailer?

Sorry brent you will need to talk to mike on that I am just a messenger. Sorry guys I hate being the bad guy. LOL ! If it was up to me it would be free. Mike and randy are just trying to cover the power bill I think. I think its mainly for people running A/C units. I will see mike tonight at the track. When are you guys coming in.

Brent
07-25-2007, 04:54 PM
No problem Jeff, just trying to understand. BTW, Most A/C unit won't run on 15amp 110 plugs.

I'm supposed to leave tonight and hook up with Orrin Sunde to convoy down. We'll spend the night at some Walmart and get there Thursday afternoon sometime. Most of the other guys around will leave after work Thursday and be there Friday morning.

Sounds as if the car count is pretty good. I heard there were about 10 sprints, and about the same in truck. Not sure about GN or Sportsman.
