Heads Up !! If you collect OR like 24K gold nascar diecasts , then i suggest you hit your local Big Lots store SOON ! I hit my local Big Lots store today and scored some 2004 1/64 Team Caliber PIT STOP cars and "most" of them was the ones they have been getting in EXCEPT for a 24K gold Holiday #'04 car ! It stood out like a shining star in the sky LOL !!! It was right there on the FRONT of the peg and i was like OMG a 24K gold nascar diecast ! And i have to tell you its a sweet looking diecast for it to be a 2004 and only cost $2.00 + tax  . Anyway i have posted a pic of my new find in this post and i hope you can actually see how NICE this car is . But i must say that this pic does NOT do this car justice ! You really have to see this one in person to get the full glow of the gold on the car . Anyway just a heads up everyone ! I will welcome ALL comments about this awesome diecast !

Sorry to burst you bubble, but I don't think thats a 24K gold car. I think its a gold chrome car. But still a good find nonetheless.

I think Santa had to feed the Reindeer 24 Carrots.
I agree with Selby56 it's only a gold chrome car. I have one.
for $2.00 it IS a good find

Yeah I was just at Big Lots today...

They had a couple cars from like 03' on a peg.

Also, they have like a 1/32 scale car series...Road Runner, 442, Chevelle Matchbox metal series, they were like $4 each though, made in 05' :(

I was at Target yesterday and someone must have returned a bunch of Racing Champions. They had the old "Stock Rods" and some of the 50th Anniversary mainline cars.

That's a shame..... They make it hard to return HW's, but they allow RC Stock Rods to be returned?
Any of the Target exclusive Chase cars show up there? :)

Post a pic and I'll look for them. They used to do some Racing Champions Chase cars that were target exclusives. They were white with a red target on the hood. I had a few of them back in the day.

Check my website for pics of RC Nascar Chase cars.... The only things different is the chrome paint job, silver card inside blister, and they're #'d to 1000.

I remember when I was younger (I am 19 now) there was a KB Toys in my town and this particular one had old Nascar cars from late 90's. The interesting part is they were action, brookfield etc cars, not your typical find in a toy store.
