What's the deal with flopper bodies? We race EDM's at Gallimods Xtreme RC in New Milford, CT. We run bodies like Kipps High Downforce & stuff, but no floppers. I have never seen one run, but I have talked to guys that have seen them. My question is what is the advantage of having the body flop around vs. having it braced so it stays straight up? What thickness is the lexan on those floppers?

If your running Kipps High Down Force Bodies then your already running a "FLOPPER"

The Fred's Fab-N-Fold Flopper doesn't have the side windows molded to the roof as 1 piece, such as a CW or CDK roofs. The side windows are part of the side panel-each acting as a big vertical rudder. When the air grabs the side panel when the car is in yaw, (turning) the body actually leans towrd the inside of the corner. Both of these increase corner speed ans stability.

We sell the FF-n-F bodies if you need any-both with the CDK or CW roofs, or the Flopper-

I kept him busy for a bit, seemed like every week and they are some nice bodies, I will wait for the hang it yourself kit.

Howard & John are coming out with a body, that should be good as well.
