Just want to help spread the word the best way possable. This saturday night June, 23rd Oval racing at Raical Ricks In Swansea, MA---Some great Flat, Short track racing. Bring out the SK's and pan cars. Doors open for RC around 6-630 and the track opens for practice at 7pm with first quilfier starting off at 9pm. Lets make this a great showing so that they'll do it again and again.

Lets try to get a head count started, I'm in for SK(or they call them MOD's)

Allright guys, One more Day. Lets make it worth it to the Radical Ricks Crew. I know of quit a few guys that are coming formthe CT/Mass Area. This should be a good time. I know of at least six additional SK's that are going that normally dont run, Not sure of the pan car class, but I'm hoping for a good showing. We ask them to do this and they did, Lets make sure they know we appraciate what they do.

Myself and Nick will be there.

Thanks to Rick M, and Rick A for putting on this Saturday night show down for us. We couldnt ask for more, after Racing there full size racers at the local track they came to the need of us RC'ers, Got the show running and I think it was a great night. I once again, had a great night of racing. We can only hope they will do it again for us inthe coming weeks, Maybe a saturday night in July. Thanks again to the Radical Ricks Crew....

I would also like to thank Rick Albernaz and Rick Martin along with the entire crew at Radical Ricks for a great nite of racing it was definately worth the long drive and look forward to making the trip again soon.
Also I would like to mention that again my fellow racers where as usual great and very helpful at pointing me in the right direction as far as a good baseline on set up for what I consider a very challenging track that is a blast to race on. I love the fact that you have to be up on the wheel the whole time you cant even blink, now thats intense fun racing.

Hey guys both Rick and I would like to thanks everyone for coming down last Saturday, The turn out was great we couldn't have asked for more. The next Saturday race we're looking at is July 21. Also we want to let everyone know that there will be no racing next week due to the 4th holiday. hope everyone has a happy and safe 4th.

Maximus and NEOT at Marshalls. May be better to move a week.

Chicken Run What You Brung

Saturday January 26, 2008



The track will open at 8pm for this practice with a dinner preceding racing. The dinner will consist of Chicken & Fixins. ALL You Can Eat (or until the food is gone). Drinks will be available for sale including Beer and Malt Drinks.



Qualifying will begin at 10pm



The cost for the event will be $30 with the dinner or $15 with no dinner.



There will be 4 main classes and as many “Open Classes” as needed

1. Pan Car 17.5 brushless (for rules see Pro Stock)

2. Modifieds (for rules see Outlaw Modifieds)

3. Trucks ( for rules see Sport Trucks)

4. Unlimited (no rules Run what you Brung)

This race is open to all electric R/C cars with foam tires. So if you have a car no matter what your age we will find a class for you.



Each class will run 2 qualifiers of 5 Minutes and a feature of 5 minutes.

All cars will drive to the tech area and be checked after each race. Drivers will then corner marshal the next race.

OH boy! this is just what I've been waiting for. Now if i can just pull off the all nighter AND get to TURN 4 to run races for 10am. if like last year we get done around 6am. An hour to Stafford, that give me a three hour power nap. I could do that. Unless of course it's a weekend that i have my kids.

Mike we are starting earlier 10pm practice will start at 8pm so we hope to be done around 3am

And wouldnt you know it, I have my kids that weekend! GRRR! and it's the day before I leave for Florida for the week. Hey there's always grandparents, They love to have extra time with the grandchildren. I'll have to see what i can put together.

You wont find a better place to have some fun short track racing on a sat night.

I have to ask some one to hit the inside corner of turn 3 for me and besure to brake the left lower control arm in my honor. I'll buy you a new set. Heck that would save me cash, If i was running I'd have to replace 2 or 3 sets. LOL. Have a good time guys, I'll be at the next one.

I sure am, I was going this week, BUT the chassis is not ready. Next week we'll be in Florida(snowbirds) it will be one of the first few thursdays in Feb. I poss got two thers coming with me.

rick i will be there if i can get jimmy to go long ride home at 3am by yourself

ok guys the earliest I can open up the track for practice is 4:30pm but I will have to stop at 6:00pm for 1 last party and the reopen the track at 6:30pm for the rest of the night.
Also a special award will be given out Saturday night at dinner time........

Good Luck to all Drivers. I believe the Quilfiers should be getting started right about now. MAN I wish i was there! Keep us posted with any results when you can. I want to know who got what for a prize.
