These are a bunch of LPP( Lionel Power Passer) Camaro's that I modified to run on TYCO 440-X2 wide power in the late '90's.There are two versions, with a flip-off rear hatch & with the rear window molded in.The two green camaro's are a sort of before & after scene since I have an "Unmolested" counter part with the original LPP decals.Since this was the 'crash version" where the rear hatch would flip-off when rear ended I just dispensed with the mechanism & superglued the hatch on. I also sanded & smoothed the rear "Glass" & coated it with liquid cement for a glossy appearance. The front spoiler had to be cut down to clear the track once the body was mounted on the new chassis. Also is illustrated my "Jig" to make the "click-on" mounts for the body. Also the rear bumper had to be reshaped to give it a smaller license plate opening. Another thing I had to do was remove & re-shape the area at the rear corner of the R/F fender to eliminate the flag mounting. The non-hatch version did not have this.Special kudo's to Mike Vitale's Restoration Guide with which a lot of these mod's would not be possible (The guide is a discontinued item so try to get whatever is left-Its very worth while !)
Also shown are the other LPP Camaro's I did. These cars now really rock on the track.

The car's with the seperate rear hatch were known as "Super Crash" cars & were part of a package consisting of a whole car & extra body.
