Did you ever see a 1/43 scale SUPER HIGH QUALITY 25th anniversary Corvette made in the late 80's? I can't remember the company that made it, but I remember the price was over $200 then. It was a very realistic model.

Can't remember ever seeing anything like that Ray - sounds as if it was a hand built resin / white-metal model.

I'm not a Vette kinda guy, but I do have a really pretty yellow Matchbox 1969 Convertible, sitting in a display right above my head here at my desk. I did not buy the whole Vette set, but I saw that yellow one at a show, and it just needed to come home with me. :p
