As the brushless racing industry grows larger by the month, and the growing number of sintered rotors begin piling up in our pit boxes, one has to ask themselves which arm is the best one? Meaning which rotor has the strongest magnet in it? It’s a fact that over a period of time HEAT will have a direct impact on the strength of the magnet, resulting in the performance of your brushless motor. This is why I've pioneerd the first Meter to check magnetic strength of the rotors we race in Brushless What makes the Speedmeter2 so unique is that it does nearly every rotor on the market today. If you want to take R/C racing to the next level, then this is a Must have tool in your pit box!! Its already shown it's strength at the 2007 Snowbirds! The price is $159.00, and more detailed info on the SpeedMeter2 e-mail me at bigjohnzubak@speedjuice.com Or visit my site listed. BJZ www.speedjuice.com

Good job John, Hang on to a few bottles of Speed Juice and I will keep a few of Hot Sauce. In a few years we can sell them as antiques.

Now we just need a meter to check what can we have.... It will keep mix ups to a minimum.. Or we need a zappper that can bring back those bad rotor's..

Got some adapters made for mine today and well see how it works. First I need to find a weak rotor. So far the 2 I have checked are good.

Hey Hacksaw, it will tell you the strength of your magnets in your Rotors, and in return take ALL the guess work out of which arm to run at a race. Better the Magnet, Stronger the motor! BJZ

Hey Zubie,
I just wanted to let you know I recieved my meter last week and was able to check out my rotors. Out of the five I checked 2 of them are on the refigerator door holding up the honey do list, and the all you can eat Pizza Hut buffet coupons! The bad thing was that one of those rotors (on the fridge) was in my car trying to practice at Freddies. I'm not mad at you zubie just dissapointed that you didn't share this meter info with me sooner. Bottom line is that I'd still be chasing set up not knowing that my rotor was weak. Thanks for a great tool that you won't catch me at the track without!

LOL!! WOW, I can't get nothing past you!! lol Long Story short, When the first 10 proto-types were made the UP position was OFF, And the DOWN was ON! Anyway's I have New Face plates and will send them to the racers in the "Backward" position.

Thanks

It will work on brushed motors as well, place the sensor against the magnet inside the can (armature removed)
