I have a go kart with a B&S Fun Power 5 hp on it. I need to change the pull rope. I cant figure out how to get to it. The cover is rivited to the engine cover. Help

Take the engine cover off. You can access all the starter components with the starter attached to the blower housing. 3 or 4 mounting screws are all there should be and possibly a kill switch to unplug.
