Can someone explane the difference small block and big block?

Romo:
Both classes are stock motors, 4200's etc;
The small block class is for the casual, "have fun-type" competitor, and Big Block is more for the Valentine-type competitor. It is a seperation of seriousness/skill level-
Brushless is allowed in the small block class, though-
