Took 2 weeks to ship and the extra chassis was broken and glued back together.

i told stoneman if he wasnt happy with the deal to send everything back and id give him his money back, he said no he likes the car but wanted me to send him an extra $25.00, if you read what was for sale and the price i sold it to him for youd realize i wasnt even figuring in the chassis in the price, my only mistake was not spelling that out to him, beside i used that chassis all last year on the asphalt and it held up, the area where the speedo goes is delaminated and i tried to glue it, it worked fine as a backup chassis,

still have to tell others the shape all that it is in.just because u think it's a good deal doesn't mean shit and u should send refund then he will send car back.the way others talk about u not good

The chassis in question wasn't that bad because cutter finished 2nd in the asphalt series with it last summer, it was only the area where the speedo goes was little delaminated and isn't in an area that effects the performance of the chassis. Maybe a little more detail could've been posted but he did say he would take all the car back and refund the money, what else can you do to resolve the deal?

he doesn't have to tell his friends to stick up for him.they do it cause they no he is a good person.like shadow said if your not happy with the deal send him the car back.the crack in that part of the chassis has nothing to do with the performance.and as he stated it is a good backup chassis.i no if he felt that it wasn't worth anything than he wouldn't have even mentioned it.maybe it got broke more in shipping.cutter wouldn't make you pay for some that he felt was not top quality stuff.

reading this thread is pointless. Stoneman didnt wanna send the stuff back therefore he might as well end the crying. you got a good deal no matter what so instead of being a baby and telling everyone that you have no money to race, why not just be happy with the great deal you got and go race. maybe you can sell the chassis to someone that could use it.

stoneman, you may have the right to voice how you feel, but if you had the chance to get your money back by sending the stuff back and you didn't do it. I guess it wasn't that bad of a deal to start off with.
Now lets look at the 2 posts you list, first one was posted 1-30-07 and the last post by the seller was 1-31-07 and the second was posted 12-07-06 with the last post by the seller on 12-22-06, so I bet those cars were long gone before cutter posted his on 4-25-07. Plus there were alot more extras with cutters deal that aren't listed in the other posts. sounds like someone is just trying to get $25 back cause hes not useing somthing. theres many times ive baught cars that came with parts im not goin to use. its not like i can say "hmm im not goin to use theses double black front tires this car came with so let me say that they are 2 small, and since the seller never told me they are too small for me im goin to ask for some cash back on them" now if thats not a wierd way of thinking then i dont know what is. seeya

You make it sound like this has never happened to anybody else before.I recently bought a rip car from a guy i knew at the track.he works a lot and is very busy so it took a while for him to ship it out.it's no big deal.than i saw another rip car go up for the same price.i thought well i could have just bought that one.if you were so mad about the deal you should have sold it back to him like he offered you.your making such a huge deal about 25$.

I havn't posted anything here latley. I was going to just forget it but let me get a couple of things strait. He refused to refund my money at first a few days later he said he would return my money if I sent it back to him. he was very frustrated because I complained. I'm sorry but it took him 2 weeks to ship the thing and he lied about when he sent it. How could I trust him to send me my money back when he was already mad at me for complaining. I can't believe you guys are taking up for him. now I won't be back to this thread. I am moving on and chaulking this up to a learning experience and I put alot more people on my list of who not to buy from.
