being the first race. I am hoping to have at least 1/10 stadium trucks. Hopefully we can get the 1/8's. I forsee a monster truck class. I think you would be assured of the stadium truck class.
Just will have to hope for the best. As of now our offroad is pretty flat. I am thinking the offroad is proly what we will run.

We are getting ready for June 10th opening race. I have posted a web page to keep a schedule and some pictures that will be added and updated throughout the summer. Is kinda sparse now. (basic info). Summer is here and I am just barely ready. Time is flying as fast as Randy Erb's late models..... Ok have fun.

It looks as if I will not beable to get up your way to race. Between working on and keeping up on honey dew's, working on the track, holding races and my work place it is not looking good for me this summer to be able to come up and race.

You guys up north are always welcomed to come down here to race too! It is not the same with out you guys!

We are racing the 16th and the 30th for this month. Trophy race for this Saturday if we get a good turn out,if not it will be the 30th for the trophy's

Our next Race will be on Sunday July 22nd.

Our track is fairly large and wide. There is plenty of room for passing. The surface is clay. We have a section we call our offroad. It is a smooth and a fast course. Then we have our oval. It is also wide and fast and smooth and clay.

Since our next race is Sunday July 22nd. I would like some input as to wether you would want to race on the oval or the offroad section????

We also could do both. One after the other. Just let me know.

Yes. there have been a few electrics show up... We just have been putting all the electrics in one class and sometimes we put them in the 1/10 nitro class.... But if enough come... we will put them in the proper class...

The tires that work good are any pins , and lug nuts, and x pattern , bow ties,and similar style tires work good.... The track surface is clay.

We should have a nice facelift on our track for the next race. We got 3 loads of clay to spread around... Will have to see how far that goes (3 loads).

Ludington RC Racers Track Update:

We have added some clay and reshaped some of the corners. Added a few jumps. Smoothed out the surface.
I think everyone will notice the improvement. Come on out the 19th of August (Sunday) and check it out.

I will try to post some pictures before the weekend.

As you know it rained pretty long last sunday (august 19th). We have moved the race to next sunday August 26th. The weather is supposed to be nice. Get working on your vehicles, because not many weekends left. Summer is about all used up.

Yes. we get some electrics. But there are more nitro vehicles... and sometimes the electrics have ran with the nitros with pretty good luck... As far as I can tell there may be 3 or 4 there this weekend...

For the guys that have not been to Tom's........ You are missing out on a seriously fast and fun track! I have only been there once but plan on going more often.You need to check this place out.

Tom is a great host and the local racers are some of the nicest guys you will meet anywhere.

Just a quick note to say Thanks to Tom and the guys at the track on Sunday the 6th We couldn't stay long, but will be back.

It was my first time there and everyone made us feel welcome, I'll plan on bringing my stuff with me in the future.

Fast track, I'll need to play with tires to find the right ones.
