Does the Raco have a desinated left or right side when pretaining to the aluminum rails? What happens is that the last tab on the bottom in the back, usually gets a tear in it. Can you just disassemble the side frames from the top and bottom plate, then flip them around, so that the tear is at the top and then bolted to the top plate, instead of the motor plate? This is on the GN car.

Richard I believe the sides a symetrical, Yes, you should be able to swap sides. If you need a new piece contact Danny's quater scale he bought out Raco when they stopped manufacturing cars. Well he bought the rights to the sidwinder car and it may work for you.

I tried to contact him by going to his webpage, but it said that he had not renewed that link for his webpage, so it doesn't show up, unless for some reason, the link is wrong from Wolfgang's webpage.

It looks like it might be under construction.

I found out today that there is a right and a left side. I disassembled the car again, and put it all back the same way. I am learning alot with this project. I am just about ready to put all 3 of them on ebay, and buy a new WCM.
