aelancaster 05-19-2007, 03:59 PM What kind of track is that?
Andy
micyou03 05-19-2007, 04:05 PM That's my 1/43rd Artin track. I don't run my HO cars on it. I just use it for pictures somtimes. I have a Tomy track set up for my HO cars.
videojimmy 05-19-2007, 08:51 PM Nice pair, man. How do they run?
aelancaster 05-19-2007, 08:54 PM Cars look really good on the old school chassis. I prefer the old G+ chassis over the Super G. Matter of fact I am slowly trading away my Supers for old G+, old Magna-Traction and T-jets. The track look neat, any more shots of it?
Thanks
Andy

They feel good. I'm going to time them later tonight.
scratch 05-19-2007, 10:21 PM micyou03,
Sharp looking little runners. Cheetahs are always good whether HO or 1/32. Missed you at my thread, by the way : )
Cheers,
Jas
videojimmy 05-20-2007, 01:02 AM mine run well too. I bought some super gplus chassis from Dragula and made up a few more over the last few months.
micyou03 05-20-2007, 09:01 AM The old Super G-Plus?
videojimmy 05-20-2007, 09:52 AM yeah, the old AFX super Gplus, with the orange magnets and silver hubs.
A buddy of mine told me he's adapted a TOMY supr gplus chassis to the Cheetah, but I haven't seen it yet. It may be something to try.
WesJY 05-20-2007, 02:47 PM Mic,

lenny 05-21-2007, 09:48 AM Thanks to videojimmy's conversion, we will be taking the Cheetah and modifying it for the Tomy Super G+ chassis. We will also be lowering the roll bar. Look for this car in the fall along with some other Super G+ bods.

micyou03 05-21-2007, 10:38 AM Sounds great!
I guess I should sell these while the gettin's good.
Bill Hall 05-21-2007, 04:08 PM Kudos VJ! Way to improve the breed through natural evolution.
Hats off to Dash as well. Recognizing the needs and contributions of your customers puts you on the top of the heap. How refreshing that you are willing to step up, retool, and make subtle improvments. I R impressed!
The classic Cheetah deserves the hot chassis!
Glad to hear the roll bar will be modified! Will the new bar be available seperately for retrofitting early "monkey bar" cars?

Dan great news. I know that I upset you with my initial comments on the cheetah, but I was not alone in my opinion and it shows class that you have listened and plan to do something.
What is happening with your chassis and also the McLaren F1?
videojimmy 05-24-2007, 12:36 PM thanks for the props Dan... looking forward to seeing the new version
WesJY 05-24-2007, 04:09 PM VJ - good job !! keep doing that !!
