 Hello everyone first time to post here and I am having some trouble with my honda Small engine. I bought it off a guy and about 7 months ago, it has a horizontal shaft and it turns the pump for my pest control spray rig. It seems old and when I bought it he told me it was rebuilt. It seems to have enough oil in it but when I plug the low oil alert wires together it shuts down the engine, this being the least of my problems, I haven't got a clue what's happening when I try to start it, sometimes when it has sat all day or the first time trying to start it somedays it will seem to pull freely like it has no compression and I will have to pull it for a while to get it to start sometimes it seems like i'll be there all day if wanted to trying to start it. Other days, most days, I will have no problem just choke it one pull it starts and away we go, but most of the time while it runs the rpm will go up and down. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
