I just opened the box and I must say WOW!!! With a three color pad hit that had to be a nightmare as those logos are really tough to get on a 1:64th scale car and get all three colors to work together.

I will take some pictures tonight to post and do an auction for a set of all three Test Shot Cars for the Show.

The blue stripe version with the red wheels is a killer Chase car.

I approved them on the spot.:thumbsup:

What about the pace cars?!?! Are they there?? I cant wait to see these pics either. I guess the time is ripe for Autofest Diecast.

Mark any more on when these or the pace cars will be in...I'm the nervious type you know.

I just got an e-mail update today. Actually both are shipping. The Pace car is a couple weeks late but the Vegas are way early so if you ordered both, it sure looks like you will get them at the same time. Unless there is a major issue everybody should have both cars in July!!!:thumbsup:

No but I looked in to that and I'm considering something for 2008.

Actually, you can't buy the Stude Wagon Thank You car anywhere.. not even at Fest. They are given out as a Thank You to people who help keep Fest running behind the scenes and at Fest when they are needed.


So the only way to buy one would be to find someone who was given one that was selling it. Tough one to get there.

Those are the "Thank You" cars. They go to sponsors and workers. They are earned and hard to come by. Most don't want to part with their Thank You cars for that reason. BUT, you can always try.
