View Full Version : Tomica - does anyone have any of their 1:64 cars? G_G 05-14-2007, 12:07 AM Does anyone have any experience with Tomica 1:64 diecast cars? How is the quality? Thanks! Atencio 05-14-2007, 01:22 AM G_G, Share this question in the European diecast forum. There are a couple posts there all ready with some Tomica headings. I have a regular edition Twin Turbo 300ZX. Casting wise it is good with opening doors. Casting detail is as good as JL or GL though it does not have the paint detail. Wheels are pretty ugly genric MB style. This is the cheap Tomica version. The Limited series is awesome in every way but is a lot more costly. You can go to http://www.toyeast.com and look at some pictures of various Tomicas. Prices appear to be pretty good as well. Mercedes 300SL Gullwing (F19). There is one for a decent price ($2 w/ $5 shipping) on E_Bay now. Tomylord 05-15-2007, 09:14 AM that is a good price already! good luck! pdxwheels 05-15-2007, 04:44 PM I have a few Tomica Pocket Cars, they're not bad, not as finely detailed as Johnny Lightnings but better than many Hot Wheels. G_G 05-17-2007, 04:18 AM that is a good price already! good luck! Ended up winning it at $10 total. Decent deal? Look forward to getting it in the mail! vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
