I am well aware my account may be banned for this, but know that it's true.

Come the end of the race, the teams were paid as was the track host. According to a reliable source, the predetermined pay-out was 50-30-20. Of the $500 that was to be split among the teams $200 went to first, $160 to second, $120 to third.

It's not like I've been through Calculus or that I'm attending U of A for Mechanical Engineering, but $200 is 40% of $500, $160 is 32%, $120 is 24%. Note also that Bill Graffius' Team Ohio placed third this year. The predetermined amounts were not placed on the internet though, so there is no way of proving it.

Wait a sec, count with me here...200 + 160 + 120 = .... I think it's $480. So, even if the amounts were correct, where'd the other $20 go Graffius? Graffius could not be reached to be inquired for he ran out shortly after the payout.

If I am incorrect in any way I apologize for making an ass of myself. But it does go to reason that we wonder what happened.
