Last year I had true dual exhaust w/ x2 flows on my 3rd gen Camaro. then it sounded awesome , this year I went to a single 3 inch split to dual with just the 1 flowmaster and it just don't have the bark, all I can hear in that car is the gear drive. I’m thinking if I quite it down a little bit , pretty boys with there stock mustangs that mommy bought might give me the opportunity to dust there aszz instead of being scared because the car next to them sounds like a supercharged ,blown BBC  I have a n20 purge system to Intimidate people

i'll be to indy in june/july for a velo race

see ya then ,

Im assuming your NOT computer controlled anymore with the NOISY gear drive.. Otherwise the knock sensor is pulling timing out because of the noise...

true dual thridgen???? Ive never seen anyone successfully pull that off without either having small diameter tubing.. or a 4x4 kit to raise the car up...

>> Im a fellow thirdgenner myself.. Single 4.5" exhaust coming off of an 88mm turbo.. 1987 GTA

turbo , NICE

Ha, ha, ha "true duel 3rd gen" I was wondering if anyone would catch that. It is possible and vary do able, with out draging into drivways , "I think"

I had this stainless steel 2 1/4 kit. I scored it off a parts car, I think Mr. gasket made it, when I put it on my camaro I kinda rushed it and didn’t do as good of job as I should of. I did have a low spot right before the pipe go's over the rear axel. If I would have took my time I could have sucked it up in there better. It was a pain in the but; I had to take the firewall protection off toward the tank to get 2 pipes to loop over the rear axel. I should have a pic of the exhaust laid out, if I can find it I’ll send it to ya, this next winter I’m going to try this again, this time I have a pipe bender and I’m going to try it with 2 1/2 inch pipe.
It is possible; at least that’s what I’m going off of :freak:

I was running for tires up front p35 60 r15
Rear Mickey T G60? r15 street ET, there no taller than a stock tire size

Yeah send me a pic of it sometime...Just curious to see the routing... Its hard to see the exhaust in my pics.. Buty mine exits in front of the pass rear tire.. It transitions on the downpipe under the car from 4.5" round to OVALized stainless for clearance.
Here are a couple of pics Ive posted before...FWIW the outside shot it was badgeless at the time and has my vette rims on it"street trim".. usually its a 10.5" hoosier DOT tire on a 15x10pro star.. and 15x3.5 skinnies up front.. ;)
Whats nice is the cage is 90% hidden..certified NHRA to 7.50 1/4.. and sorry but the car/engine is dirty in the pics and the sunlight highlights it..:freak:
