Are these tweak systems still availible new ? Does anyone have one for sale used in good condition?

Gordie call Irrgang(call soon he leaves Tues for a 10 day trip),I believe he has one in the archives.It may still be on the car he ran it on,you know Dave a car for every occasion.If he had one on a car ,he had 5 spares.
