Have a Honda gx160 that sounds like good ol' HD. Have swapped out carb, plugs(even tried hotter plug), air gap, iginition mod., checked exhaust, checked rods, fresh gas. After a few minutes running plug develops heavy black, dry deposits.

I know it is probable right infront of face, need to grab ears n pull my head out of a$$ to see it though.

Run 50+ Honda's but this escapes me this week.

D'uh, the key, good idea, customer had flooded cylinder. Will take a look tomorrow at work! :hat:
