I have a scalpel I bought this winter for indoor racing, turns out I don't like 2wd. It IS fast, too fast for me. I have a novak XRS in it right now .300 stock motor, hitec metal mesh hs81mg servo. The servo and motor are going to stay. Speed control is optional. Reciever is coming out, so you would have to provide your own.
My paint job flaked off beyond belief, so you get the stock body, which is thrashed, and a new lexan body, I think I have a lemans for it.
The major flaws include a repaired center post, common problem with ALL scalpels due to the design, and it needs a new set of tires.

If you want it ReadyToRun you can get it with RC18T speed conntrol and AM radio gear for $225

with the XRS, and RC18T radio gear in it I'll take $250

These cars are FAST! the kits alone cost $150
Servo $25
Battery $20

Make me an offer, or even trades!

I am willing to trade as well. I dig heli's, 18th scale awd's like m18's or RC18 and I'm trying to get into the 10th scale touring cars and trucks
Also looking for more FM radio gear ans 10th scale esc's
Thanks, Jim

Garrett, the radio looks like it would fit the bill nicely for my wife! what do you want left on this roller? I'm looking at wanting to trade the battery, and servo. You're gonna get the motor if you want it, that's the stock one that comes in the kit. I also have the original box, paperwork and decals that I never put on this body. There are extra parts in the box, pinions, spacers ect.

you'll have to PM me so we can swap addresses.

Sorry for the delay in posting, I was up late the last two nights tinkering with new TC4's I got from jwoodyu last week ;) :hat:

hope to talk to ya soon!

I may be able to get my hands on another scalpel if you are intrested, a friend and I bought them side by side, his paint job was a little better than mine, but overall they are the same quality, same flaws (worn tires, busted but repaired center post.) :p

If you are interested lemme know and I'll post some pix of that one.

Let me know what kind of swap you are looking for for the 18 w/brushless setup.

Jim.
