I Removed Valve Cover ,found Intake Valve Not Moving At All.could The Valve Just Be Stuck Due To Carbon? This Is An Over Head Valve Engine.

double post... check cam, spring, and see if it will snap up. get it up with a slothead screwdrievr (flat head in other words). if it snaps back the spring is good. is the exhause valve workin

sounds like you have a bent pushrod or the pushrod came unseated. check your valvetrain. :wave:

oops yeah forgot that =) and carbon, maybe, but its the intake valve not exhaust...
