Since I was unable to make the trip, I'm asking Allen Johnson to give me as much info as possible. I will gladly report anything I hear.

I talked to Tony and he said it was wet in the morning but they have been on the track most of the day. I will post more as I hear. Wish I was there too :(

I spoke with Allen late yesterday. They were about to go out to qualify. This would be close to 6pm local time. Then would run the heats there after.

I can imagine everything is being rushed with weather looming. I hope to hear from Allen sometime soon. When I do, I will post the information he gives. He did state that the car count was not as high as expected....don't know numbers yet. Weather probably played a roll in the car count also.

Thanks Denny...Congrats to you too! I have to say, I have never had that much fun racing in my entire life! First, I have to thank Donnie for building such a top notch facility, and racing with you, R. Brown, Ryan, Jeff, Bob and everyone else.....it just doesn't get any better. I liked the track so much, I plan on making it over there for a few of your "weekly" races this year so looking foward to seeing ya'll again soon! I also plan on going to the Clover race so hopefully I will see you there too! Looking foward to it! :thumbsup:

Believe it or not.....we are actually talking about moving out to that area. The idea of having 2 1/4 scale tracks in the area has got us thinking! :thumbsup: Of course it would take a while to get all the plans together...but they are in the works. We will see ya'll soon! Cool It turned out great. We have about 15 to 20 sets to make so it may be next week when she gets all of them mailed out.

Well, I got the information that is on our website by e-mailing the main contacts at the track. The information I have is less that 2 months old and verified with the track directors or representative. I hope that clears it up for you.

If I remember right I was told the 1/4 scale racing lane was 359ft.
