It has... overseas. I got my copies of seasons 1 & 2 a while back. (Amazon UK carries it.) You just need a DVD player that can handle multi-region DVD formats & and play PAL format discs on NTSC TVs.

Don't hold your breath on a US release... rights are tangled up between 2 different corporate entities for any US activity.
