OH YEAH, another oval track in the midwest and I've got a latmodel! Hey Wolfman, do you have any rules yet for the oval, in terms of what kinds of batteries the track allows, since i've been running Li-po for the last year. Just let me know.

Working on the track this weekend.

With the wet weather the club has not been able to work on the track.

I do not see a problem with LiPos as long as the car makes weight, which is the only thing that Open Mod Sprints should need have to adhere to. as long as wings and add ons do not become an isue.

Sonny, the track might be a little tight for that quarter pounder, but Ill bring Coco just for you......

Still pretty wet, but plan on doing some banking work this week.

wolfman whats the size of the track going to be?? runline?? is it going to be ready by the may 6th race??

Will not know runline until after the banking work is done.

Cool!! Elbow has a Losi xxxt brushless truck with a 4300 in it. He hasnt ran it yet. Ive got my T4 with a 4300 in it. That way people can run a 19 Turn and we can have some fun! Should i put something fast in my sprinter? The track looked like a 5800 would be fun.

jenzo im gonna run a 5800 in the sprinter this weekend if i can find some pinions, i need a 13 and a 14, 5.5 in the LM its FAST!!!!

JT again went to silvis tonite what a excellent track! kept loseing tierod ends cant figure it out but i will one way or another. 4 & 5 car wide raceing!! a little loose but will be there early to help straighten it out. well, i am looking at running 5800 and 4400maH lipo's in electric oval truck...have run the truck against gas in the past...are LiPo's legal?

Sorry to kill everyones plans but the track is still too wet to get the equipment out on it.
We will run the Oval on May20th.

Want to give plenty of notice of cancelation.

Any word on the oval yet? last time i stopped to check on the track, it wasn't ready yet. Been racing out at the mall on saturdays. keep having breakage problems (spur gears, idler gear, spun rotor), but those should be behind me now that i am putting in a 8000 MaH LiPo and a novak 5.5...LOL

So how is the Oval going? is it close to being done yet because I seen up on the RCR website you said it has not been constructed yet. But up above you thought there would be oval racing on May 20th. Myself and a bunch of others were wanting to race down there? When if ever do you think that the Oval will be finished?

so what happend to the cancellation notice wolfman?? wait what happend to the track? i wouldnt advertise about an oval being there because there isnt, if its the slab of dirt behind the stand that aint gonna work, is there going to be an oval or what??

Well you know how best layed plans go.

My hold-up is that my Equipment man is tied up "making money" backed up from the spring rains. We are trying out best to make this a real top level oval for everyone and I am not willing to just throw together a track just for the sake of 1 or 2 missed races.

Very sorry for any delays or inconvience this has caused. will have a great facility very soon.

looks like rick went down and worked on oval today.banked a little both ends watered down . needs little more work but looks like an oval now.

how much banking are they planning on? let us know on progress there are a group of racers ready to go that way

when i talked to you jenzo at the track i would have said it was a bust but looking at the track now is looking good

the track length is 237 center line. tried to do run line it came out about 225
