1988 Mustang by White Rose Collectibles. I was very dissapointed in the front end. Should have much sharper edges and be more angular. Since I own a couple Mustangs it is hard to leave a model behind.

Are you aware if any of these Mustangs were produced in a plain civilian version?

I'm not sure if there is a civilian version. I know they produced several police departments.
