Briggs Stratton 2 HP STOCK CAM VALVES TANK CARB PISTON, not bored or honed. I need to tune it to max hp i can, it has a 3hp recoil cover, has like a newer flywheel, looks silver all around. everything works great, low tone muffler, not those cheap pipe types. any suggestions that cost below $50 to get it to like 3.5hp or more? thanks! any suggestions appreciated!
