A few years ago, Corgi's Vanguards brand released several diorams, incorporating a cold-cast scene to complement their cars. The idea didn't last long as sales were poor, due to the cost - this is the only one I bought. It features a diorama of a Lancashire Police garage with a Ford Zephyr Mk II & MGA patrol cars - yes, some UK forces did use roadsters, Lancs also used the later MGB & Cheshire had some Triumph Spitfires.

Unfortunately, both the MGA & Zephyr, are old Corgi castings and really need redoing, but still, all in all it is quite a nice set.

Great diorama Steve! I wish Corgi would have done a diorama related to the USA for the collectors here.

Gotta run! There's a large toy show in the Pittsburgh, PA area where I live. I also have a party to attend after the toy show. I'll try to look at your other threads when I get back.

I hope I can purchase a nice 1/43 scale diecast car at the toy show that I can share pics in the forum.
