Randy Ciccone,......Goes by WiiMan74 and terminatorkid on HT. Stiffed me for a pretty good amount of $$$ with a rubber check a while back. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS GUY, im not the only one he has stiffed, i must have got 10 phone calls today from others he has wrote bad checks to or used stolen credit cards. The best part about it is the complete car he got from me and never paid for, he has already sold to someone that he races with.............

2 more names he goes by on here...miamigraphix, and peacemaker101... so if you got taken by either of those names it is Randy Ciccone as well.

He lives in PA, and is still racing weekely from what i hear. I talked to Hank yesterday and he banned all randys user names. I race enough to run into him sooner or later.

Frank, he got me for the vinyl cutter that I purchased. He then took it and sold it behind my back. He always has a line of B.S. with him. He races every week at Steel City Hobbies in Pittsburgh. When I show up, he will not even look at me or explain to me why he ripped me off. He also got my buddy on his credit card for over $ 700.00

I warned you guys about this character a year ago. His known partners are Raymond Kent, Mike Obrien as well. they race at steel city hobbies. Mike Obrien currently has the equipment Randy and Ray stole from me. If anyone recieves an email giving you a sunday school lesson with the address of tootiebug that is also Randy Ciccone. I have a rap sheet a mile long on this guy. bounced checks, stolen (ya right) credit cards, bad checks growing out his ears. The only thing else I will say on this if you guys need an attorney to go after them give me a call. I have one in PA that is currently........well, Ill leave it at that. :) And he know a lot on these three.

I never thought in a million years that r/c would come to this crap!!! I seen guys go for gun's and fight over real street racing for big $$$.. But this is supost to be a fun hobby, meet new peaple,do some racing for bowling trophys and basicly get out of the house in the wintertime till the snow is gone and then bring the real racecars out!! Have been to jail for the big cars, never figured it could happen with toy cars! Don't no where these guy's race, but if i was the raceway owner i would get rid of them!! As a owner you just never know when trouble is going to walk through the door's looking for these boy's....

Well boys and girls, Rob just did. He dosen't have all the facts. As Mike has stated the truth. I've raced with Mike over 20 years. And I do know what happened with all the parties involved. I'll leave it at that.

Mike Obrien, was given a way out and he chose not to take it. You were well aware that property was stolen Mike. Dont say I didnt offer you a way out because you know I did. And your involved because that property is still unpaid for. And Your name was turned over to attorities. You should have cooperated with me. AND I DONT LIE!!!!!!!!!

Only person I have beef with is Randy..... too make that clear. Mike OBrien has not been involved in my dealings posted at all. I am in the same kinda situation as Rob tho, someone out there has MY KSG car that Randy never paid me for.

Plain and simple if you got beef with Randy, you got beef with him. No need to bring O'brien into this. I know Mike from racing with him occasionally and he seems like a straight up guy. I've never heard anything bad about him.

Murdock your way off base here. I have personally known Mike O'Brien for easily 15 years and what you are accusing him of in my opinion is slander. He is a stand up guy who I can personally vouch for as one of the good guys. He has never ripped anyone off on this board or any others and for you to throw his name out with Randy Circone is way beyond bad taste and should be immediately removed. Randy's actions need to be dealt with to the fullest extent of the law for what he has done repeatedly to allot of members on this site. Mike lives 5 hrs from Steel City and rarely races there so whomever your getting your bogus info from should stick to doing something else. Randy allegedly stole your stuff and sold it to mike. If Mike knew it wasn't paid for he wouldn't of bought it. There are no SN#'s etc to prove or disprove whether he purchased it or not. There is no way of knowing if this the stuff that you allege was not paid for or something that he actually bought. Were taking your word on it that it was stolen and that what Mike has is indeed yours and not something that Randy bought. It all boils down to Randy who you cant trust as far as you can throw him. You need to take your case up with Randy. If I were Mike I might give your lawyer a call and check into slander. Bottom line is this was a tread about Randy Circone, and should be left at that.

I've known Mike for well over 20 plus years,you could not find a more HONEST person,it's a shame that he is brought into this mess.

To answer that, yes, at the track I am friends with Randy. Don't be confused with me saying that he didn't do anything wrong, because he absolutely has and I feel for you on that. But other than his fraudulant acts, when I started in oval, Randy always helped me. He has problems, but he is the first person to help someone out, especially new people. He is a pretty good guy, but he has a problem with scamming people. It's wierd to say that, but he has never done me wrong and is always there when I need set-up help. What kind of friend am I if I were to turn my back on someone who has helped me out. BUT I definetly think that he should do the right thing and repay everyone.

From my interpretation of "THE LAW" concealing stolen property is a crime & if your a cop I'm glad your in PA & not TN! If a item is purchased with a stolen credit card that is stolen property as well. I purchased a camcorder that was acquired this way & by "TN LAW" I had to give it back to the original seller & collect from the thief. :

I got a package today with the ksg car in it that i sold to Randy. Thanks to Mike Presto for getting the car back, he's a standup guy. :thumbsup:
