Thanks, Jerry Jimmy49098 03-10-2007, 08:17 AM Hello, try a 1/16th bit in something and see how your screws fit, that's what I use, Jimmy videojimmy 03-10-2007, 11:47 AM I like to take a small screw driver and heat the tip and melt in a hole. Hasn't failed me yet Bill Hall 03-10-2007, 03:37 PM Hi Jerry. First I check the chassis mounting tab alignment front to rear with the wheels properly centered in the wells, and then check the body spacing side to side at the rockers (I've doofed it too many times!) Then I do the Texas Two Step. I drill a pilot hole. Then I follow with a 1/16. All with the pin vise of course. Doesn't RRR make a first time every time self aligning gizmo for doing this? Bill PS: VJ plays with fire. HeHeHe, Me Too! Dunk2011 03-11-2007, 12:08 AM i think rrr does make something for this i always see it in with the chassis page vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
