Have you guys thought about havin a two day race or a night race on sat and a day race on sunday? Other than the MARS Thing.

oh well have a nice eve. we have been getting 50 gas cars and are happy with that its really hard to build a track that pleases everyone. we have never had a good elet turnout since we opened.

I'm going to take a stab in the dark and say your problems with the track are mainly because you're driving a 1/18 scale. Electric trucks and buggys have never had a problem there, come out to FTMS electric race and see some of the fast guys put down some lap times that compete with nitro .

its for sure not made for 18th scales lol we have had a nitro/elet class every weekend of 10th scale trucks.

Pure speculation on your part. Sure the track is huge, but I ran my elctric4wd there about a month ago. Where it is a mod track, no doubt, it dosnt swallow you up.

People have opinions, with out, in fact seeing for themselves what the track is like. Everyone in the area that hasnt been to stateline, really dont know what there missing. It is a National caliber track, on just about any level. Kevin and the boys run a good show, and puts more effort in this then most people can imagine.

I like racin at stateline except for racing with that Fabin guy. I think he has a case of HACKITIS. :devil:

every weekend. track is open at 8:00 am races start at 12 noon. july 7th will be elet. only series race that every one is welcome to come to. july 21st is nitro only. July 28th will be elet. only, and labor day weekend will be a nitro only CASH RACE.

I took a trip to the track today and it was nice. It didnt swollow my elec. 1/10 buggy. Thanks for letting me tear it up. I will definitely be back soon to race.

free hog roast Saturday night Cash payout will be based on number in class
Example 60 per class the winner would get $500.00 we will pay back to 10th place

Friday: open practice all day and sign ups
Saturday: drivers meeting at 12:00pm racing starts at 1:00pm with 2 rounds then a resort then round 3
Sunday: round 4 starts at 8:00am followed by the mains
Main will be seeded by Qual points best 2 out of 4

Class are 10th scale gas truck, Arena Truck and 1/8th buggy length of mains are 20min gas truck 30 min Arena truck and buggy 15min b’s and 10min from there down
ENTRY FEE is $40.00 first class $30 for the next. We will take entry’s till 9:30am Saturday Sept 1st

$40 bucks, What a deal! Food, racing and hanging out with you guys down in Indy a couple days sounds great to me. I've been to your track once this year and loved it! I'll round up some guys from Michigan and we'll head on down. Sounds like a great time!

The big jump on the back side is not 1/10 electric friendly. I hear that the 1/8 clear the whole thing but the electrics were having a difficult time and breaking parts. My recomendation is to dig out some of the it and put in a landing ramp so the electrics are not 'slapping' the hard surface. other than that it was fantastic.........

square up and its fine.... just requires minimal skill.... guess your prob used to all roller tracks... :rolleyes:
