1armed1 06-17-2007, 12:21 PM Thanks for the quick pit work Kevin  Stateline R/C 06-17-2007, 07:45 PM not a prob dude i like watchin that buggy fly david18t 06-17-2007, 07:55 PM ill be back out in a couple weeks. 1armed1 06-17-2007, 11:02 PM :) Next time out it will look better, I've had fresh paint for it for a while but been saving it for the nats. Also have a different carb restrictor on the way so I should be able to do 15 in one stop. Don/X1Truggy 06-18-2007, 07:41 AM Is there going to be enough people at Stateline to race this weekend(23rd)? Or is everyone going to Freelin for the Factory track race? Don hacker3 06-18-2007, 10:21 AM don there will be enough some will go and some will not so come on out and have fun with the rest of us it will be good as always Tuber 06-18-2007, 12:30 PM Do you guys get a good turn out on electric I heard its mostly gas down there? Stateline R/C 06-18-2007, 04:36 PM it has been mostly gas, but this weekend it will be less because of the ftms race Stateline R/C 06-18-2007, 05:46 PM ck out these pics http://rcracingextreme.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3365&start=120 towards the bottom Stateline R/C 06-18-2007, 09:42 PM Have you guys thought about havin a two day race or a night race on sat and a day race on sunday? Other than the MARS Thing. It is looking like its going to be labor day weekend. More info to follow in the next week. one18thscalerac 06-19-2007, 08:10 PM this track wiil swollow up an elec no joke good luck with the mars yikes thats not going to be fun unless there is major grooming Stateline R/C 06-19-2007, 08:30 PM ya we will be lookin forward to you comming also... Stateline R/C 06-19-2007, 08:38 PM we also have 2 FTMS races july 7th is the elet. race and the 21st is their nitro race here. one18thscalerac 06-19-2007, 08:40 PM thanks cant wait if i ever go nitro i'll be there every week great track for those but elec um no Stateline R/C 06-19-2007, 08:43 PM oh well have a nice eve. we have been getting 50 gas cars and are happy with that its really hard to build a track that pleases everyone. we have never had a good elet turnout since we opened. curt garrett 06-19-2007, 08:57 PM I'm going to take a stab in the dark and say your problems with the track are mainly because you're driving a 1/18 scale. Electric trucks and buggys have never had a problem there, come out to FTMS electric race and see some of the fast guys put down some lap times that compete with nitro . Stateline R/C 06-19-2007, 09:04 PM its for sure not made for 18th scales lol we have had a nitro/elet class every weekend of 10th scale trucks. Stateline R/C 06-19-2007, 09:05 PM hey curt ya havnt talked your dad into tryin out the big O yet? one18thscalerac 06-19-2007, 09:06 PM i run 1/10th also did alot at stateline the first two years they were there Stateline R/C 06-19-2007, 09:07 PM whats your name? convikt 06-21-2007, 05:45 PM this track wiil swollow up an elec no joke good luck with the mars yikes thats not going to be fun unless there is major grooming Pure speculation on your part. Sure the track is huge, but I ran my elctric4wd there about a month ago. Where it is a mod track, no doubt, it dosnt swallow you up. People have opinions, with out, in fact seeing for themselves what the track is like. Everyone in the area that hasnt been to stateline, really dont know what there missing. It is a National caliber track, on just about any level. Kevin and the boys run a good show, and puts more effort in this then most people can imagine. redbaron 06-22-2007, 09:27 PM I like racin at stateline except for racing with that Fabin guy. I think he has a case of HACKITIS. stalker 06-23-2007, 07:48 AM Must be why you sold your gas buggy. You could not hack it.Come on up the 7th july FTMS in town. redbaron 06-23-2007, 09:03 AM Must be why you sold your gas buggy. You could not hack it.Come on up the 7th july FTMS in town. Food, racing and hanging out with you guys down in Indy a couple days sounds great to me. I've been to your track once this year and loved it! I'll round up some guys from Michigan and we'll head on down. Sounds like a great time! Don fatkid24 07-08-2007, 01:51 AM The big jump on the back side is not 1/10 electric friendly. I hear that the 1/8 clear the whole thing but the electrics were having a difficult time and breaking parts. My recomendation is to dig out some of the it and put in a landing ramp so the electrics are not 'slapping' the hard surface. other than that it was fantastic......... convikt 07-08-2007, 11:06 AM jumps wern't big enough, track is to small, ect...............it was simply awesome. Thanks Kevin, Brad, and the rest of the crew. southsiderc13 07-08-2007, 11:34 AM The big jump on the back side is not 1/10 electric friendly.
