I'm putting my buggy back together and it seems like i've got excessive play in the pinion/ring gear mesh on my front diff. Or do I have to replace the front gearbox? Don't know if i'll make it Saturday, unless I don't sleep in between 2 night shifts... Ninja 03-30-2010, 04:50 PM shim it. you may need to shim the pinion gear from the of the inside of the gearbox.
