cory30
03-05-2009, 06:04 PM
If they didn't have to call your name time after time to marshall they would not have been a dick. The place is the best indoor facility around with some of the nicest people. Cody, we are going down for the money race the 21 and that is the last race of the year.

ashxxxnt
03-05-2009, 06:19 PM
i marsalled each time till i left but ya place is nice also the time they kept yelling i was out there just in the wrong spot where he could not see there was just some miscommunication thats all.

OK, I was finnaly able to register with hobbytalk.com, I didn't mean to memo you to death last night on the forum. I orderd my truggy tonight I also orderd it with a camo style cover, The truggy also has a place for a transponder. I will be ready in April for some practice and maybe some racing with friends. I think I'll do some practacing first, guys let me know when you want to practice, Teach me some tricks so forth, I live close to the the track.

I've got 3 paid days right now and few burnable "sick days".
I'm ready to do some racing, I think I took a long enough break.

1armed1
03-15-2009, 05:56 PM
oh, and I go back to first shift in a week or 2.

MosFET
03-15-2009, 07:34 PM
That car looks cool, I like the detail on the paint job.
Now I am still debating on what class to be in.
How many are in the slash class? Do they have a
buggy class also? I might go with electric for now.

cory30
03-15-2009, 08:45 PM
I would go with 1/8 nitro. If you want to run electric offroad you might be running by yourself. The electric racers do not regularly show up. The layouts we put in are not very electric friendly.

Dayton,
I'm glad to see your ready to go. Joe and I have actually wore out our 2.0's we have ran so much this winter

MosFET
03-15-2009, 09:11 PM
Should I get a 1/8th truggy or buggy?

MosFET
03-15-2009, 09:28 PM
Are pull starts ok?

Stateline R/C
03-15-2009, 09:43 PM
pull starts suck... after about two weeks the one way bearing goes bad and you will be over there a cussing bump boxes are the way to go maybe wait a few weeks come out and watch before you jump into something

Stateline R/C
03-15-2009, 09:45 PM
glad to see that you will be comming back around Dayton do you want the same deal as last year or you going low key this summer

MosFET
03-15-2009, 09:45 PM
well he told me to go 1/8th and you told me go with slash! lol
