At the top-right of each thread you read it says "Welcome, cases." Two lines under that, click on Private Messages. :)

Hello Cases, Look at the top of your screen for "Welcome, Cases." Just below that is a "Private Messages" underlined link. Click on it and it will take you to the PM area. HTH.

you might have the private messages feature disabled.

Not sure why you don't have the private messages link, but if you go to the orange menu (task bar) just below the Hobby talk logo, you will see a "My Settings" link. Click on it and look at all of the menu choices on the far left of the screen (after you click on My Settings). :)

click the "my settings" link on the upper left of the page. then click on edit options on the left. scroll down to where you see a checkbox that says "Enable Private Messaging"
once you are sure there is a little check mark in the box, scroll down and click the "save changes" box at the bottom. ;)
