Hi all, this is my first post in this section. A friend brought over a bunch of HW'S and MB for me to go through and this was among them. My knowledge of early diecast is limited, so I was wondering if someone here could help me out. It seems to be very well made, but the manufacturer isn't one I'm familiar with, any help would be greatly appreciated.

The base looks very similar to a car I have by Lone Star. My Lone Star has a plastic 'gem' for the headlights. I think they were also the makers of Husky if I remember right.. but I could be wrong.

These were made in England back in the 1960s. That's the extent of my knowledge right there.

This is an 'Impy.' They were always so great with the many opening features, and I've always loved this Jag.
For more info, check this topic by Henri Kroeze on the European Diecast Board of HobbyTalk, as that particular Jaguar is in his post is in mint condition as well as a little info on where the car came from:

Thank you all for the information, and thanks for the link to the previous post Roadster. The fact that everything openes on this little 1/64 really impressed me. I wouldn't mind adding some of these to my collection (if they are affordable) Thanks again.
