You should be able to find a 20A model off of e-bay for $40 or less. I race with guys that run them. No problems so far.....

If you only have 2GFX you should only need 12-15 amps. Whatever your charge rate is per charger will be enough. If you charge at 6 amps than 6 X 2 = 12amps etc. Propeak makes a good power supply for the money. I have a 30 amp river gate that I got used and it is still solid. Back in the day I was charging NiCads at 8-10 amps and using 3 Turbo 30's so I needed the power. The new cells won't take that type of abuse.

If you do a search on Hobbytalk (or internet) you can find out how to convert an old computer power supply to use as an AC to DC converter that will work with R/C chargers. All of the modifications that I've read require some basic electrical skills and minor electrical parts that you can get at Radio Shack. Obviously you would need to be careful if you modify a power supply and I personally would rather just buy a dedicated device. However, for the DIY person this might be a fun project and may cost less than buying something if you already have the parts needed.

Buyreliant (http://www.valcoelectronics.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=VE&Product_Code=PSV200) has the Pyramid 20 amp for $60. I've ordered many through them. They offer a 30 amp version (http://www.valcoelectronics.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=VE&Product_Code=PSV300) for $5 more, but I don't like the fan running constantly on the 30 amp version. I like the bigger power switch on the 20 amp version better too.

Where can I find instructions on how to convert a computer power supply for our use, and how many watts do I need?

The Radio Shack Model: 22-510 is the same as the CE one. I had one and a buudy of mine had the CE one. We opened them up they were identical. It's 109.99. I have seen them for 75.00 b4.

"Where can I find instructions on how to convert a computer power supply for our use, and how many watts do I need?"

I wouldn't do that seen one a guy had for a few races and he went to pack up and it like to have killed him. The whole case had became live it was stuck in his hand. Them things are not very stable (like IB 4200's) By the time you get one nice enough you could have just bought one.
