How do i put pictures in my post? how do i size them?

First, you need to host them somewhere - I use www.photobucket.com for mine. Then you need to copy the address of the image. Right in the middle of the toolbar on your post there is a yellow icon, it looks kinda like mountains on a postcard. Click on that, an address bar will come up, and you can insert the image address in there. That'll do it.
