Long over due but finally here. Windtunnel Racing Products and Murdock R/C (hobby shop) are now www.windtunnelracingproducts.com (http://www.windtunnelracingproducts.com)

The site is still under construction but is up and running. But, we are only a phone call or email away to answer any questions you may have. Personal touch has made things what they are and I intend to keep it that way but yet offer the convenience of 24hr shopping. Check it out and Check back OFTEN because things are being added in many areas and New Windtunnel Products are in production or on the drawing board soon to be started.

New lower tire prices are in place as well with new compounds coming soon

Hope you like it and it works out good for anytime ordering.

Thank you everyone for your support.

Thanks Jimmy24.

I always encourage the use of your LHS or tracks for purchase of windtunnel products. Without the tracks and shops none of this would be possible. The first link in my signature will take shops and tracks to the page where they can purchase windtunnel products. If your track does not currently stock Windtunnel......ask for it. If they do not deal with the current distributors listed they are welcome to contact us directly..

Thanks everyone. Im a little old fashioned but finally decided to build the shopping cart to make ordering easier for everyone. We are building as quickly as possible and new items will be added daily in several areas.

New springs are in testing but dont forget about the rest. Windtunnel springs have become the industry standard and are widely used in kits or oem

Nitro, if I could I would but the molds for a 1/4 scale are a little big for the pullers. The late models would be awesome in 1/4 scale size though. through side dams and all that on them and wow would that be cool.

Rob, new web site looks great !!!! Hope you guys come out to play at Triclone this summer.

MURDOCKRC
02-22-2007, 10:14 PM
Thank you. I sure hope to make triclone this year. Without a doubt one of my favorite tracks I have ever been on. Plus I really enjoy the competition that all you guys bring out.

I sure like my two Iowa tracks as well. MR. Car and IROAR outdoors are great. And the competition and guys that race there are a great group. I dont know for sure what my scedule will be like this summer but I hope to make it to all of them this year.

We are going to try to make it down to one of the tracks in your area also this summer. Any suggestions?

MURDOCKRC
02-25-2007, 10:36 PM
You cant go wrong with either Iowa track. Mr Car in Marshaltown is narrow, fast and challenging. It is a track you will have a love/hate with. if you run good you will love it, run bad and you will hate it. But even if you run bad........You will come back to beat it:cool:

Storm Steel in Cedar rapids is wide, great size and excellent banking with lots of racing room. Very fun track to race on

Both tracks are run very well, and each with its own personallity.

Would Wind tunnel shur lube #3 Green be the same as Bolink #3? Thanks.

MURDOCKRC
02-27-2007, 02:52 PM
#4 Shur lube is close to the old bolink #3. At the time I brought back shur lube there were some dropped and some added but all are slightly different than they were with bolink. #4red will be very close to #3bolink though.

#3 and #4 are the most common in use for diffs and king pins as well as 1/12th damper tubes

Rob what do you recomend for a good diff lube. I am looking for something that makes the diff real smooth.

MURDOCKRC
02-28-2007, 04:37 PM
Shur Lube is the stuff Joe. I use #3 in omaha most of the time but the beauty of shur lube is that you have 6 to choose from the make the diff rotate as needed. Finishline and IRS are both great as well but shur lube will stay smooth longer in most cases

All roads closed or travel not advised in Iowa. Orders will no doubt be delayed everyone. The weather is real bad in my area. Still snowing, blowing, large drifts, cold as all get out and doesnt appear to be ending anytime soon. Sorry for the delays.

Gray is what used to be tagged 2 Gray. The rubber these days is all getting harder it seems like and it got to be hard to split them up and have enough for both. You also have black or sliver/gray for options as well

SS10.5 Pro Brushless Motor is 10.5 turns, and similar to a 19-turn brush motor (#3410

got this from there site but ? now is what is diffrents between this and the 4300?????

oh god this is why im waiting on brushless....

MURDOCKRC
03-07-2007, 09:59 PM
10.5 is the 4300 really it now comes with the ribbed endbells and sintered rotors & colored timing ring.

Basically it is what we have been doing to the 4300 already which is adding the endbell/rotor.

13.5 is a little slower motor than the 4300/10.5
