Does anyone have a manual for a HONDA XR 2250 6Hp OHC? Its off a pressure washer and its seized so at this point its a project engine and I want to split the case. I never have split a diagonal case before and would like some information on how its done.

The sump is removed much like any other, this sump is really the lower half of the crankcase cylinder assembly and is sealed with silicone rather then a gasket. Once all the bolts are removed you will have to pry the sump away from the cylinder half, pull it straight apart down past the crankshaft.
