The FC Vega and Maverick have a pretty meaty tire base to the casting. Pretty ripe for a drag/door slammer version of a casting I think. It's been some time since somebody paid attention to that racing format and theme. What do you think if some options like that were made available to you soon? Can you dig it?:wave:

Hey Mark that would be GREAT! I'm kind of parshall to the Vega Gt in canary yellow. It was a high school thing, no biggie. :thumbsup:

Something I just noticed this morning but the Vega in 1:64 side of the American Graf. series has a blown motor on it. All the better for a drag version door slammer, ehh?


Anybody know if that is a hood cut out or an engine add on over the hood?

OK, not the gold thing above with the plastic base and blower glued to the hood. But for some real, vintage F/C series....well then I am standing here with my wallet in my hands!
