Hi guys!

Gotta question I need to ask of all of you.......

Have any of you ever tried to put a magnatraction/xtraction chassis under the Tomy cobra daytona bodies or the Tomy Chaparral bodies??????

I was curious if those chassis would fit under those bodies?

I like running the magnatraction/xtraction chassis on my windey road course and thought these vintage bodies with the xtraction/magnatraction chassis would be great.

I am running my Cobras on Magnatractions. They fit perfecticly.

Now what about the Tomy chaparral bodies on xtraction chassis?

Will the chaparral bodies accept that chassis or are the bodies too shallow or narrow too?

They are really tight IMHO, but they do fit and seemed to run fine. The on and off process is dicey. I almost thought I would break the bodies. tjd

I see some of the online stores offering these bodies from time to time and I thought I would like to put xtraction chassis under them to slow the speeds down abit unlike the SRT chassis they come with.....

Hi ! We use both bodies in our Can-am class with magnatraction.
The Cobra daytona is a little noisy (the 1st crown touches the body ? )
