I just bought a couple of mini-t's and want to switch them from the combined speedo and receiver to novak spy's and was wondering, am I going to have to change out steering servos or can I eliminate one of the wires from the standard servos???????? And if I have to switch out servos what kind would be best??? Any help would be appreciated!!!!

To answer your question...........yes you have to change the servo if you change the electronics in a Mini-T as the ESC has some of the needed components of the stock servo. We've had a couple people use the Hitec HS81MG servo in their Mini-Ts be you will have to do a little modification (dremeling) and you won't be able to use the AA batteries anymore I don't think? A little smaller unit such as the one Team_Lost suggested might work better overall. I know Airtronics made a "set" that came with a servo and needed components when you changed to "standard" electronics from the stock setup.
