View Full Version : Dick Trickle ASA Firebird sschevyman1 02-12-2007, 05:12 PM http://i167.photobucket.com/albums/u138/vistargmc/DSC04619.jpg BigCountry 02-22-2007, 03:27 PM Sweet, I have a Trickle ASA Firebird, but in the Miller High Life paint scheme. 97XR7 02-22-2007, 04:21 PM Thanks for the pic. Can we get a shot of the back? I collect a LOT of 3rd gen Camaro/Firebird diecast for my dad and plan on adding this one to the list but from your pic it looks like a Firebird body with a Camaro rear. See how the place for the taillights wrap around the body and comes to a point on the quarter panel like a Camaros. sschevyman1 02-26-2007, 06:56 PM Yes,you are correct. I am pretty sure that 5 star stock car bodies put out the rear only as a camaro. It does have the wrap around lights from the camaro. Dadvball 02-26-2007, 10:17 PM That is an awesome car! Is it 1/18th? Having gotten the Kodak Monte Carlo yesterday I may have to start looking into some of these. I do like the older bodies better than the new stuff. sschevyman1 02-26-2007, 10:40 PM 1/24.................action. I have been posting several of my 1/24 cars. Take a look. terry9911 09-02-2007, 07:20 PM Good ol' PBR beer. :) you know Trickle must have really put up with some serious name calling in school with a name like that. 69Stang 09-03-2007, 10:12 AM That is a sweet piece. I love the old vintage racers, I was a huge ASA fan back then as well. Great pics as always, I don't see them on the boards as much as I use to, and I miss your work. Keep em' coming! 97XR7 09-03-2007, 05:05 PM Great pics as always, I don't see them on the boards as much as I use to, and I miss your work. Keep em' coming!
