Walked into Walmart today, and there were seven of these on the pegs. Looks like someone returned them because they couldn't sell them. They had a price tag sticker added with the price marked out. Also there was a UPC code taped over the original UPC code. The original code scanned at $1.50, and the added code scanned at $3.47. I guess they wanted more money back....
