Any word on the schedule for the 2007 MARS Series??

for real they should be getting that out

The MARS meeting is on Feb 10th. I will list the dates and any changes after that.

Ya,me too.Tired of being stuck inside.Ready to hang out w/ my buddys from Grand Rapids and Jones.

A brushless 1/8 scale class??? Yeah right, it only took a half decade for them to start running minis in the series.

for real 420 then its like pulling teeth to get any one to race them but yet almost every one has one on there table i talked to one group and the reason they dont race them is cuz there to hard to drive

Okay guys, here are the dates.....

May 19th- Litchfield

June 30th- Jones NOTE: Date Change

July 28th- Stateline R/C

Aug 25th- Vicksburg

Sept 22nd- TBD NOTE: Date Change

Also new, Masters Modified Truck Class. Otherwise the classes remain the same.

1/18th Open

Masters Stock Truck

Stock Buggy

Stock Truck

Modified Buggy

Modified Truck

4WD Modified

Also, we are trying something new this year. Modified and Stock heats will alternate from race to race.

Example:
Litchfield order will be Masters, Stk Buggy, Stk Truck etc...

Jones order will be Mod Buggy, Mod Truck, 4wd, Masters etc...

good to see vicksburg still on the list, GOOD job on keeping the schedule from conflicting with FTMS, it only doubles on two nitro races.

does MARS have a webpage or anything? Or do they provide most of their info through the hobbytalk forums? I have never been to a mars race and would like to maybe check a couple out. I have never been to litchfield, or really any of the mars tracks. I would like to get a chance to run on them.

Vicksburg is 10-15 minutes south east of Hobby-Sports/ RnL
Jones for you, take 80-90 west to st rd 15 exit, go north to Mottville and turn left at the bridge. The go about 3 miles to M40 and turn right, goto the flashing red light, str8 through that and it is about a mile on your left. From I69 and 80-90 intersection it is about an hour.

yeah I will still be running the FTMS series terry. It should be a good time. Looking to try out some of the MARS races to get a chance to travel to some new tracks that i have not been to.

I would like to, but I still don't think I can turn marshall, doc gave me a shot in the knee yesterday and it seemed to help, hopefully I can start getting around better soon, this is getting real old gimping around like an old man, are ya going to Mishawaka tonight to race, I may drop in and check it out
