I just built a couple of packs for my X-5. The question is how do I insulate the positive and negative sides of the batteries from the carbon fiber belt tunnel?

DOing things like that will never hurt. mike squeeker138 01-23-2007, 04:34 PM Silicone- I've used it between the cells to hold the together and on the ends to insulate them also.
