my computer came with norton internet security 06, and my subsciption is expired, i am trying to decide if i should renew it. what other software is out there, what works good? is norton the best?

It does its job well, but eats free memory. Someone with more knowledge will chime in, but I say AVG free. I would highly advist avast. Avast is an great piece of software, and I get updates every day.
