I found a box of Bachman track. It has assorted straights, curves, 3 banked curves, a transformer but no cars. Can anyone tell me if this track is still made? And what type of cars would work on it?

If it is actual Bachmann 1/32 track (not the 1/43 stuff), then it is the same as Strombecker 1/32 track. Bachmann bought the track molds from Strombecker in the early 70's I believe. I used both Strom and Bachmann pieces together in layouts for years.
BTW- A few other track brands in similar situations are 1/32 Revell/Riggen, 1/32 Eldon/Cox, 1/32 Scalextric/SCX, 1/24 Marx/Sears, and HO Atlas/Lionel.
